Tanmay is responsible for a number of SLI products that help accelerate commerce on different devices. He looks after SLI's Mobile Commerce products and Rich Auto Complete, where he focuses on delivering features that convert shoppers into buyers. He is also responsible for SLI's E-Commerce Platform Integration offerings, with the goal of making integration for clients as simple as possible. He works closely with marketing, engineering and usability teams at SLI to define and build some of SLI's upcoming solutions. Tanmay holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and has also studied Entrepreneurship and Product Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Business. He has been involved in the application of mobile and wearable technologies for various industries for a number of years.
Jon is a senior eCommerce consultant specialising in Omnichannel transformation and optimisation of sales performance. He has 13 years of global eCommerce experience with high profile brands, leading large teams and implementing bleeding edge technologies that generate impressive results.
Matthew Brovelli leads the global team of 40 software engineers that implement SLI Systems’ SaaS-based e-commerce solutions. Matt also leads the engineering support team, along with serving as product owner for internal tools and workflows that affect his team. In his role as head of software engineering, Matt guides his team through any challenges they face to ensure a smooth implementation for SLI clients focusing on quality and reliability. Additionally, he helps clients understand the benefit and value of SLI products through measurement and analytics.
With 14 years of software engineering experience, Matt previously worked as a software developer for Striata and a web developer for Gambit Technologies. He joined SLI Systems in 2008 and lives in Christchurch, New Zealand. Matt is originally from South Africa.
Blair is responsible for product development and on-going product management. He has extensive experience leading high performance technical teams, focusing on the design, implementation and usage of highly scalable IT systems. Previously, he was VP of engineering at Eurekster, the pioneering social search company. He spent several years at PA Consulting Group, an international management consultancy, living and working throughout Asia and the USA. He also worked as the data engineer for the search product at NBCi. Blair has held research positions within New Zealand and Japanese institutions, and holds a PhD in computational modelling from Lincoln University.
Sometimes called "Mr eBay", Tim is a former eBay executive who worked as Business Development Manager and Seller Education Manager for 5 years. Tim was recently appointed President of the Professional eBay Sellers Alliance in Australia (PeSA Australia). Well known in the online community, Tim is passionate about empowering small to medium merchants to achieve success, and especially online. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in management and start-ups across multiple industries, Tim is keenly aware of the challenges of success. With valuable expertise in ecommerce, accounting, financial management, governance, legal, marketing, communications, logistics and user experience, Tim's plain English approach has helped hundreds of eBay merchants quickly boost profits. Tim holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, member of the Law Council of Australia, and is also a founding director of Daintree Cocoa, the pioneer of Australia's commercial cocoa industry.
Hamish Grant is an accomplished Marketing Professional and is currently Head of Marketing Operations at Temando. Hamish has worked for a number of leading global brands including STIHL in New Zealand and Pearson in London before moving to Australia and joining Temando at an exciting phase in their global expansion. Hamish loves building new businesses, he is passionate about commerce and the impact of technology in today’s world.

Specialising in international business development and operations, Shannon has been a driving force in growing leading brands in APAC & European territories. Ingrey most recently served as General Manager of Business Operations for Élan Media Partners in Sydney, whilst also managing the firm’s offices in Hong Kong and China overseeing 31 staffers. Throughout his career, he has achieved exemplary record-setting results and success for those firms he has worked with. Shannon now leads the APAC office of Bronto Software, a leading cloud-based marketing platform for organisations to drive revenue through their email, mobile and social campaigns.
James helps online retailers improve conversions and revenue with patented learning technology that enables online shoppers connect to the products they’re most likely to buy. He is an experienced digital professional with a successful track record in consulting on e-commerce strategy and digital marketing. Prior to SLI, James was a Peak Performance Consultant, authoring the book The Wellbeing Revolution.
Russell is a senior digital specialist with an extensive range of digital and offline marketing and E-Commerce experience. He has worked as the head of ecommerce for a large multinational kids and baby retailer, run his own online business in the property market and started his career working in pharmaceuticals.
Russell is currently the head of digital, E-commerce and loyalty for Krispy Kreme Australia, helping build the digital presence, customer loyalty and e-commerce capabilities and reach for the global doughnut chain.
